Prayer and a Pro-Life Witness

Bud and Tara are working to organize a constant peaceful and prayerful presence at local abortion clinics and several other proven strategies, in an effort to end abortion in New Mexico. They are also reaching out to the Christian community to educate, activate, and encourage them to stand for life. Our ministry is Christ centered and grace filled. There are many ways to get involved, our prayer is that you will join us in our life saving ministry.

Project Defending Life’s Public Witness Ministry is focused on bringing an awareness to the injustice of abortion out in the public arena through organized public events, conferences, and concerts.

This ministry combines public prayer and witness to expose the true face of abortion.

We are looking for volunteer leaders to assist in planning and organizing events. Please contact Bud or Tara Shaver for more information.

YOU CAN HELP SAVE A LIFE!

What a way to kick off the New Year, 2012 by celebrating one less abortion clinic in Albuquerque! Bruce Ferguson retired and closed down his abortion clinic Dec. 30th, 2011! In fact this was the second abortion clinic in New Mexico to close in December 2011! Lucia Cies in Santa Fe also retired and closed her abortion clinic making Santa Fe abortion free!

There are now only 4 abortion clinics left open in the entire state. Three of these abortion clinics are in Albuquerque! The other one is Hilltop Women’s Reproductive Clinic in Santa Teresa, NM.

We have confirmed that Boyd’s Southwestern Women’s Option’s will no longer be opened on the weekend! They will not be open on Saturdays anymore!

This week there are many different opportunities to get involved to help save a life. Please look at our abortion clinic outreach schedule below and take a stand for life!

It is so vital to have a constant prayerful presence at all of our local abortion clinics. It is our hope that you will join us in reaching out to every abortion minded woman entering Curtis Boyd’s late term clinic.

Below are the times Bud and Tara will be out this week, please come when you can. Our goal is to organize volunteers every hour the clinic is open. So we need your help! Consider giving 1 hour a week or 1 hour a month to stand prayerfully and peacefully for the pre-born.

Prayer and a Pro-Life witness at Curtis Boyd’s Clinic: Southwestern Women’s Options 522 Lomas Blvd, west of I-25; turn left onto High St.

-Tuesday’s from 10am-1pm

-Wednesday’s from 10am-1pm

-Friday’s from 10am-1pm

-Every 2nd Saturday of the month: Helper’s Vigil-Mass begins at 8am at San Ignacio Church, 1300 Walter St.NE. Followed by procession to Boyd’s Late-Term Clinic.

The UNM Center for Reproductive Health performs abortions up to 22 weeks and they are training UNM medical students to do abortions. We recently released 3 audio files of 911 calls made from UNMCRH revealing how dangerous it is for women at this abortion clinic.
