5th Annual Sanctity of Life Awareness and Unity Day (SOLAUD)
Event will be held regardless of weather; Rain, Shine, Cold or Snow!
- 8:00 am: Free Continental Breakfast sponsored by Knights of Columbus; Crispin Hall behind Cathedral till 11:00 am
- 10:00 am: Conference in Plaza Park; music, witness, and talks till Noon
- 12:00 Noon: Non-denomination Prayer Vigil in Plaza Park till 1:15 pm
- 12:00 Noon: 3 Bishop Mass at Cathedral till 1:15 pm
- 1:30 pm: Procession from Cathedral around Plaza Park to Roundhouse
- 2:30 pm: Rally at Roundhouse with bishops, pastors, and other speakers
- 3:00 pm: Visits to legislative offices in Roundhouse
Respect Life Office of Archdiocese of Santa Fe will be collecting baby goods et al for Crisis Pregnancy Centers; bring to Cathedral.
The will be no table exhibits this year since the Conference is in Plaza Park.
This year there will be no Youth Conference at St Anne’s the night before the event
Please encourage use of buses from parishes and churches. Our Lady of Sorrows leased a bus for the day from Paradise tours for $475! Parishes can combine with other parishes and Knights of Columbus may be able to offset expense.
This is a family event! Babies in strollers encouraged to join us!
Bring your own signs or signs will be available outside of the Cathedral and at Plaza Park. No signs in Cathedral.
