“Rachel” admits she was frightened when she went to her appointment at Planned Parenthood almost a year ago. She was scheduled for an abortion the day the sidewalk counselor caught her attention as she was going into the abortuary. Today the story and memory fills “Rachel’s” eyes with tears, as she holds her daughter “Aleesha”.

“Carl” and “Audry” were put in touch with PDL’s Gabriel Project, wanting to donate their car to someone in need. “Rachel” immediately came to mind. In February, “Carl” and “Audry” met “Rachel” and “Aleesha” and gave her a 2004 Volvo. “Rachel” was thrilled at their generosity. “Audry” shared that God has blessed them abundantly and she feels it is important to give back to others. It was beautiful to see how God brought these two mothers together to share a small portion of their lives with one another.
