San Clement Parish in Los Lunas hosted their second Gabriel Project training session on Saturday, February 28th. Coordinators Laurie Kiehne and Julie Stangel organized the day that began with a blessing from their pastor, Father Doug Mitchell. Twelve interested mentors attended the training from three different parishes. Pictured here are the participants listening to Lucille Zamora, Natural Family Planning instructor. Each Gabriel Training includes a segment on Church teachings regarding contraception and an introduction to NFP. The majority of the training involves communication skills and interaction exercises.
