PDL February Updates

Dear PDL Friends, We are now in full swing into 2019 and February is already exciting! Today our nurses have started their limited-obstetric sonography training with Soundview Imaging and will continue to do so the for next 8 days. Thank you for all of your prayers as we worked hard in preparing for this. Last week we received our ultrasound machine and set up the room where we will soon offer ultrasounds to our clients and help them choose life for their unborn baby.

Remember our Galentine’s Day benefit dinner is next Wednesday, February 13th, 2019 at 6:00 pm at Mimi’s Café.  The dinner is to celebrate women and the launch of our pregnancy medical clinic. This year’s legislative session has been busy trying to promote anti-life bills such as HB51 and SB90. It is important that you contact your representatives and tell them to OPPOSE these bills. HB 51 would also repeal the conscience protection clause and would force doctors and nurses to perform/refer for abortions. This bill will negatively impact our organization among many others and we can only win if we call, email, send letters, and show up to the Roundhouse when needed.
