PDL Updates and Announcements

Dear PDL Friends, It has been an overwhelming two weeks for us! Our nurses’ sonography training was successful and we look forward to offering limited-obstetric ultrasounds as a service of our pregnancy medical clinic, Women’s Pregnancy Options (WPO). We’d like to thank a special donor who paid for this training with Wade Wilson, RDMS from Soundview Imaging!  Without his financial contribution, we would not have been able to securely fund this life-saving opportunity. Additionally, WPO is officially offering Coordinated Housing Assessments for our clients and we hope this will help make access to housing easier for our moms and dads.

Our first annual Galentine’s Day benefit was a success! Thank you to everyone for attending and for the business women who sponsored our event. We filled the room with life-changing women and (two men) who are making a difference in our community and it was honor to celebrate everyone’s work. We look forward to next year’s Galentine’s Thursday, February 13th, 2020.

Finally, there are some very important action items.  Your attendance and petitioning of state legislators is extremely important as the bills have now moved to the Senate.

Join pro-lifers from across the state for a Rally in the Capitol Rotunda with pro-life legislators from 2-3 on Monday, February 18th. From 3-5 pm you will have the chance to speak with New Mexico State Senators who need to hear from you! Ask them to VOTE NO on radical anti-life bills: HB 51 is the abortion up-to-birth bill and HB 90 is a radical physician assisted suicide bill.

Remain at the Capitol to join Bishop Wall and Archbishop John Wester in a prayer vigil for the protection of life and the dignity of the human being on Monday, February 18, 2019 at 6:00pm on the east side of the State Capitol Building in Santa Fe. All are welcome.

Stay up-to-date by following New Mexico Alliance for Life and New Mexico Right to Life.

Thank you again for prayers and financial support! Your Servant in Christ, Dominique Davis President
